在 AKAME，每一款產品的誕生，都是對風味與品質的用心堆疊。這款 「雞心辣椒牛肉乾」也不例外。我們希望做出一款 真正美味、值得細細品味的牛肉乾，因此在 2024 年開始研發，經過無數次的嘗試與調整，終於找到最理想的風味平衡。


嚴選熟齡28個月以上AKAME牛，肉質飽滿、油花勻稱，以濕式低溫熟成10天，鎖住牛肉自然鮮甜與柔嫩口感。加入小米雞心辣椒帶來俐落辛香，佐以糖、醬油、薑、黑胡椒與漢方香料（八角、花椒、茴香、桂皮、紅椒），口感濃郁中帶層次香辣，讓人一口接一口。


風味的靈魂，來自 Chef  Alex精心挑選的雞心辣椒。這款辣椒帶有獨特的辛香與果香，微微辛辣，卻不嗆口，溫潤而有層次，與牛肉的濃郁香氣相互融合，創造出恰到好處的辣感與回甘。當辣香與醇厚肉汁在口中慢慢釋放，味蕾彷彿被層層疊加的風味包圍，每一口都充滿驚喜。
