在 AKAME，每一款產品的誕生，都是對風味與品質的用心堆疊。這款 「雞心辣椒牛肉乾」也不例外。我們希望做出一款 真正美味、值得細細品味的牛肉乾，因此在 2024 年開始研發，經過無數次的嘗試與調整，終於找到最理想的風味平衡。

這次，AKAME 與農場晃晃 合作，嚴選 放牧飼養的安格斯黃牛（AKAME牛），只取口感最扎實的腿肉部位。牛肉經過低溫風乾技術處理，最大程度保留肉質的鮮甜與彈性，讓每一口都充滿自然的濃郁肉香，細緻而有層次，咀嚼間能感受到純粹的牛肉原味。

風味的靈魂，來自 Chef  Alex精心挑選的雞心辣椒。這款辣椒帶有獨特的辛香與果香，微微辛辣，卻不嗆口，溫潤而有層次，與牛肉的濃郁香氣相互融合，創造出恰到好處的辣感與回甘。當辣香與醇厚肉汁在口中慢慢釋放，味蕾彷彿被層層疊加的風味包圍，每一口都充滿驚喜。

2025 年 3 月 27 日，雞心辣椒牛肉乾在 AKAME 十週年當天正式推出，短短幾小時內就被搶購一空，這樣的反應超乎我們的想像，也讓我們感受到大家對這份用心的認同。當你品嚐時，希望能感受到這份純粹的美味，和 AKAME 一直以來對食物的熱愛與堅持。
