用金門 53% 高粱萃出 chef Alex 喜愛的刺蔥風味，酒香和柑橘、生薑和胡椒的融合，賦予這次新品 刺蔥蔭油 截然不同的風貌。

過往的煙燻醬油細膩帶點粗獷，這次蔭油則是清甜路線。口感圓潤，鹹度稍低但回甘，非常適合拌炒蔬菜，或用來料理海鮮，將會為家常的烤魚或蒸海鮮帶來有別以往的風味喔~
