嚴選AKAME牛，堅持放牧飼養滿28個月以上，只取精實腿肉部位，經濕式低溫熟成10天，肉質鮮嫩，兼具嚼勁與甜味。以雞心辣椒帶出辛香，結合八角、花椒、桂皮等漢方香料，香氣濃郁、尾韻回甘，是肉香與辣味的極致交融。


🐷AKAME雞心辣椒豬肉乾

使用晃晃農場放牧的黑豬後腿肉，肉質鮮嫩、油脂分佈均勻，搭配AKAME雞心辣椒與醬油、薑、黑胡椒等調味，佐以漢方香料慢火製作，保留肉乾的傳統鹹香，又多了層次與回甘，香氣濃而不嗆，越嚼越涮嘴。
